Shipping & Delivery Policy
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 0-1 business days to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it.
Postage and packing charges are as follows:

Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday) Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Note: All Banana Boxers orders are sent via Royal Mail and whilst we have outlined our expected delivery times for each level of postage, we are reliant on their service and sadly this can take longer, particularly during busy periods. We endeavor to send all orders by the next working day.
Lost Parcels
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by Royal Mail
Note for taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).
