Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours – subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as practicable.
Postage and packing charges are as follows:
Standard – £3.50 per order. Allow 10 working days.
First Class – £5.50. Allow 3 working days.
Express – £10.00, guaranteed next working day. Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday) Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
There is a standard International Delivery Charge of £15.00
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deem lost in transit by Royal Mail.
If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure.
1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order either by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: 07919096751, quoting your name and order number.
All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 14 days after receipt. Banana Boxers will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
If you wish a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.
All refunds and exchanges for goods purchased via our website or by telephone must only be made through our website. Goods purchased via our website or by telephone may not be returned to any of our shops under any circumstances.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Banana Boxers will not offer a refund on returned items, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate.
Banana Boxers will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods.
