Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours – subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as practicable.
Postage and packing charges are as follows:
UK
Standard Delivery – £3.99 per order. Allow 10 working days.*
First Class – £5.50. Allow 3 working days.*
Express – £10.00, guaranteed next working day. Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday) Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.*
*please note, all Banana Boxers orders are sent via Royal Mail and whilst we have outlined our expected delivery times for each level of postage, we are reliant on their service and sadly this can take longer, particularly during busy periods. We endeavour to send all orders by the next working day.
International
There is a standard International Delivery Charge of £15.00 (£20.00 in the USA)
Lost Parcels
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the order date. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deem lost in transit by Royal Mail.
Returns/Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item, please follow our Returns Procedure.

All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition, in their original packaging, 14 days after receipt. Banana Boxers will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or are out of their original packaging. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
If you wish a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges, we ask that orders be returned to us with a stamped addressed returns envelope and a note which outlines what replacement pairs are needed.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Banana Boxers will not offer a refund on returned items, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate.
Banana Boxers will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods.
Sale items are non-refundable
